Between 20th and 22nd of May 2022, a traditional exercise was held in the organization of DVRPS and MOL, Department for Protection and Rescue. DRVPS team was represented by Viktoria Orosz with Ninja as team leader, Petra Adamič with Tara and Silvana Šneberger with Lola.

 The base camp was at the DVRPS training ground, we slept in tents, from here the teams left for rescue operations. Upon registration, our dogs passed an aggressiveness test and a veterinary examination.

The weather was variable, from hot to rainy and cold and everything in between.
The scenario of the exercise was a devastating earthquake in Ljubljana, searching for missing persons. In one day, we had 7 searches, 3 IPOs and 4 rubble, in addition, they evaluated the provision of first aid during the rescue, a task in the field of rope technique - transport by cable car over the Ljubljanica, an orientation task and we had two hikes.
The exercise was tiring, but DVRPS team managed it with ease, and so did our dogs. The lion's share, of course, was done by the excellent Ninja. Our team did a great job, we found 8 out of 10 missing people. We were rated very well in other tasks as well.
Our members, MOL employees, firefighters, scouts and everyone else who participated in the organization did an excellent job once again, so that the exercise will remain a fond memory for all teams. It is also important that we once again presented our work and skills to the residents of Ljubljana and Slovenia.
